At Cengage, one of my primary responsibilities was designing engaging and accessible interior layouts for textbook products across various subject areas. Each layout encompassed all core components—front matter, chapter content, and back matter—ensuring consistency and clarity throughout the book.

My design approach balanced visual appeal with functionality, with a strong focus on:

• Enhancing readability and learning flow for students

• Meeting strict accessibility standards (including font choice, contrast, and structure)

• Aligning with Cengage's brand guidelines

This influenced key design decisions, including the color palette, typographic treatment, and supporting visual elements. The goal was to create a cohesive, user-friendly experience that supported educational outcomes while maintaining a polished and professional look.
